All sales are final because our small business is seasonal. Exchanges and returns are not accepted.

We take no further liability for any delays, package loss, or stolen packages sustained during transit after the courier has scanned your package. Should any of these issues occur with your package, you will need to contact the courier directly and submit a claim.

If your item arrives damaged, please email us at 113201298@qq.com, with Return Claim in the email subject line.

  • Photos are required to support damage claims.
  • Claims must be submitted and received within 2 days of package delivery.
  • Upon receipt, we will review your claim for approval. Damaged‑item returns are eligible for replacement or refund.
  • When submitting a claim, please include: your full name, phone number, order number, item quantity, photos of the damaged/defective product, and photos of the shipping package.

Orders for monogrammed, customized, handmade or made‑to‑order products cannot be canceled or modified once placed.
